PC-4100, PC-4101, and PC-4102 are esterifying catalysts that resist the hydrolysis and combine less adding level with higher catalytic activity, primarily applicable for 210‵240⊥ esterifying and poly-condensing reactions. Maximum reaction temperature is up to 250⊥. These catalysts are neutral and non-corrosive to equipment.
These catalysts do not require separation and do not affect the quality of the finish products.
PC-4100, PC-4101, and PC-4102 are capable of shortening the esterifying reaction expressly and reducing the dehydration and oxidation reactions among polyatomic alcohols to the limit.
The water produced during the reactions does not invalidate these catalysts, therefore, these catalysts can be fed together with materials at the same time, and the finish products have no need to be neutralized and washed.
PC-4100, PC-4101, and PC-4102 are used primarily for synthesizing saturated polyesters (e.g powder coatings, roiled (steel) materials coatings, insulation paints etc.), unsaturated polyesters, PBT engineering resins, and other esterified products.
Generally, the use dosage is 0.05-0.25ㄔ of all reactants. Users can customize the catalysts and the use level according to physical circumstances.
