The production rate: two types of the machines for production rates 600kg/hr, 800kg/hr respectively. The material is delivered into the Mono-cylinder cleaner, traveling 3 circles during the treatment of the porcupine beater, then transported to the following process. Because the material during rolling over collides the waste grid in different direction, there is no way for heavy waste to hide. This is the first stage cleaning process of the blowing room for dealing with heavier waste.
